As most of you know, I have 2 children.

They are 6 years apart.

The reason for that is simple: it fucking hurt the first time, and I remembered that.

However, the second time, I found out that it hurts a lot less when they actually give you drugs, and the baby comes out the way it's supposed to. You know, head first. Not shoulder first.

There was a time after the second one came along that we were so PO we couldn't afford OR. That's when I had to swallow my considerable pride and get food stamps. I hated it, every second of it. Yes, I'd worked hard, paid my taxes, and served my country. That I seemed to have been reduced to this was inconceivable to me. But I learned a valuable lesson. Sometimes you have to suck it up and ask for help, and then you have to accept it.

But there are those who use and abuse the system. Welfare fraud is rampant.

And then there's Nadya Suleman.

Bad enough that she had 6 kids that she couldn't afford, some of whom have medical issues that cost lots of money to maintain (autism, ADHD), but then, some happy asshole thinks it's a good idea to inject 6 more embryos into her. Which resulted in 8 more children that she can't afford. Bringing the grand total to 14.

So what does Ms Too-many-babies do?

Seriously. Some people should be bitch-slapped on a regular basis.

Oh!! The best part? Kaiser-Permanente wants taxpayer dollars to pay for the births and subsequent care. Yeah! Right!!! Whistle for it, motherfuckers.
