A WTF!??! and an Are You Serious???  
First, the WTF:

One shooter in custody, two at large in Ft Hood shootings

This is breaking right now. The schools in the area are on lockdown and the post is, as well. Stay safe, flisters in the area!



And while I was at HuffPo following up on the first story, I saw this: Parents want threesome episode blocked from CW

Okay, so Gossip Girl, which I don't watch, has an episode coming up where three of the characters engage in a menage a troi. A parents group, Parents Television Council, is asking for the episode to be pre-empted or pulled, cause Susie and Jimmy's eyes might fall out.

Note to Stoopid Parents: The BEST way to ensure that your kids will do something that you don't want them to do is to POINT IT OUT IN A LOUD AND PUBLIC MANNER. Jesus, the ratings for that episode are gonna be off the hook!!!

And your fear that Susie and Jimmy might wanna have group sex? They probably already are. *shrugs* I'm just saying.

I just read about Ft. Hood in my email a while ago. The first thing I thought about is my son, who is now stationed at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana.

And Susie and Jimmy probably know more about sex than you and I ever will. I don't normally watch Gossip Girl, but I will make sure I watch it now.

What ever happened to if you don't want your kids to watch something just change the channel.

The Ft Hood shooting is shocking, in that more than one adult was allegedly behind it. I just don't understand that.

I bet The CW are loving "the controversy" over the threesome. Best way ever to get attention and viewers.

They killed one of the gunmen, the other two are in custody.

And the dead one was a major...and has an Arab name. Oh, joy, watch the wingnuts have a field day with that.

The CW, they gotta be loving it. In fact, if I were them, I'd do an ad that said, "The episode Mom and Dad don't want you to see." Million viewers just from that.

Hey, I'm all for it!! My youngest doesn't watch that anyway. She's got me watching the damned Vampire Diaries. I wasn't able to spare her from teh sparkly vamps from Twilight, though. I fail.

The threesome thing? Don't need to give her ideas. lol Though, if she did manage to sneak a peek at it, well...I quit shielding her eyes from teh nekkid a year ago. All I can do is try to explain it. Which reminds me...

...you should have been at my house when she asked me was "tea-baggers were". And then, when I couldn't stop laughing, I had to explain WHY it was funny. She gave me that snug, superior 15 yr old look and went, "Umm, EW," and left the room.

She's so straight. lol

First, mmm yea, first time in ages I don't watch/check any news and there actually is some news. O.o

OMG! it's flipping Gossip Girl! it's on prime time and on the CW what the hell are they worried about? I guess 3 people in bed together is more shocking and immoral than an 18 year old having an affair with a 40 something woman which GG already did last year.
