Is Across the Pond still going? That way at least there's a back up? There was also the moon people one *waves hands* (I can't actually remember their names) and the HORES when I was active in the fandom. I don't know if they're still there though.

It is. Seems Cael is somewhere without net, and the whole effing site went belly up.

Moonshadow Tribe is up and working, so is ATP. HORS is a closed, private little clique that I'm happy to say I escaped from two years ago. Amidst SERIOUS wank. *shudders*

Yeah, I knew a few people who were HORS when I was in the fandom, but I never really got the whole idea. *shrugs* I don't remember any wank with them, but that's probably because I was already out of the fandom. I do remember ATP and Moonshadow Tribe wank though...

Oh fandoms and your weird fanfic cliques.

Yanno Mistress, a comm just isn't enough. We could really use a good, solid fic archive to back up BJFic. Thing is, it's been around so long, and a lot of the authors have left fandom. So when it goes down, it takes everything with it.

I remember when she took it over. If she doesn't plan to get it up and running again, she should toss it out there for someone else to pick up the reins.

We lost a few after the show ended, and people have come and gone. We still have Queer Eyes, the one Paddies set up, but even there, some of the links are broken, due to people taking fic down or what have you. Across The Pond is still around, as is Moonshadow Tribe. But BJFic is the biggest.

Were you around when The Silver Snitch went belly up a few years ago? After taking about 6-8 months to reopen, so many of the authors had moved on. Skyehawke is still around, thank god, but you have to be invited to join that (which is bullshit to me). TSS was the biggest open posting archive around. It's not even close to what it was, and I rarely go there anymore.
